French "Bak Kut Teh"

Yesterday, went to eat buffet with Jun Hui @ Yuki Yaki. All of a sudden his willing to spend money on a buffet. Has the Sun rise from the west?

Reached there around 4P.m. If we ate the lunch, we only have 30 mins before last order. So walked ard before we head for dinner @ 5p.m.

There were so many ppl we see along the way having high tea and shopping. Most of them are women. So we were wondering don't tis ppl need to work or go sch. Then again, I felt why are we studying so hard when tis ppl can juz sit ard and enjoy their life?

And when we walk across Pan Pacific Hotel. There were so many luxury cars. Ferrari, BMW, Integral, Mercedes and a comfort taxi in between. I'm getting myself one of tis. Tats for sure. nt the taxi of course.

Back to marina square, @ Yuki yaki. Its my first visit. Well, the concept is good. Steamboat, Grill & Ice Cream all in one.

The Steamboat is good because its full of MSG -_-
The Grill is good because its fun, you can grill the meat by ourself.
I went to grill the sushi because its too cold. haha.

Sushi, Meat, Veggies, Meat, Veggies, Meat and some sushis. Hungry Right? Look at the pics. Tis were the method to keep our stomach surprise so it will not send out hormones to say: stop I'm full.

We took a varieties of meat and comment on them. Like some critics. And talk abt it as if we really noe our stuff. -_-

The last creation tat we ate is the French "Bak Kut Teh" Why is it called "Bak Kut Teh" Coz it rhymes with baguette & its s'pore made. juz like carrot cake doesnt mean "cai tao kuey"
I created tis dish, isnt it very France and Paris and Bonjour.
I shld be a chef, I love cooking.
Its made up of Dory Fish, Ice Cream Toppings, Chocolate Stick & a Slice of Watermelon.
And a saucing of Durain Mango. Lovely mama mia.

After eating, we chatted bout blind dates. The couple behind and the couple across us are I supposed having blind dates. And they have quite abit of aged alr.

So we were saying are the guys being themselves. U see, theres a difference when a guy talk with their guy frends. Its more open and free kind of feeling because u are not afraid of hurting the other party coz they are guys. You can joke and say and swear for some guys.

But when you are with gals, its a different story plus if its the gal u love its a different different story. You will try to make the gal happy. Constantly thinking what should I say so tat she wouldn't be offended or bored. I guess tats because we don wan to hurt them. We want them to feel comfortable.

If you don believe, try walking pass a restaurant and see how a group of guys chat. And a guy with a gal. If the guy is not comfortable, he would play with his phone, look down. Hand dono where to put etc.

Having said tat, Jun Hui & I believe that wouldn't it be better if you noe the bad points of the person first. SO tat as time, goes by you would tink: "Eh! actually tis person not so bad wad."
The impression would starts to change for the better.

Rather than trying to impress and showing the best of urself. And when you married, one day you'd quarrel with ur mate. She would bring out things like: "you wont liddat before I marry you." Then isn't tat too late? So bottom line is be a man, do the right thing.

Anyway, after the long chat, walked to S'pore Flyer. Along the way, at pan pacific plaza. Saw a ferrari in action. So it was driving out of the carpark and it nearly collide with a taxi. From 0- 10 second a ferrari can reach a top speed of 200mph. It really takes skill to drive high CC car.

The road to Flyer was quite ok. As in we have a fulling stomach so its alright to walk a lil bit.
We saw the F1 Lightings and barricade. Its so darn bright that the cars roof panel was reflected.
And we walked pass a Bus Terminal. We were saying, imagine the F1 driver were cruising through and the buses also join in the race and the bus drivers won lewis Hamilton.
Why? because they are familiar with the roads while F1 drivers are not.

And I'm sure some drivers they will feel like F1 Driver vroom here vroom there bt when turn into ECP, Traffic Jam. LOL. Very S'pore F1



At S'pore Flyer, the feeling is cool with the purple fluorescents lights.

Then there was tis bad incident. So we were thinking of taking the free shuttle bus back to Suntec. There was tis Indian man who I presume is the in charge.
So I asked him: "is tis the free shuttle to suntec."
He replied: Only 2 ppl can board *didn't even bother to look at us*
Then there was tis 2 ang moh who juz walk and board the bus.
So its like -_- arent we 2 person. U let the ang moh board and not us. Dammn it.

And we walked back to Suntec. The fountain of wealth gt the laser hydraulic display. So we went to watch. Its seriously the wrong person at the wrong time. -_-

Juz heard from the news S'pore Cigarettes will be mark with SDPC chop.
Ridiculous aint it. What if I buy one carton of duty paid cigarettes and I haven smoke finish.
Then I would be fine $500. -_- Poor guy who would have to chop every single stics of ciggs.

Anyway, today is 9/11 deep condolence for those who died.
