Warning: This post is extremely boring. Because I am going to talk about the law system. There are no yummy food pictures nor food reviews. It's abit philosophical yet not up to the standard. So if you are one who don't enjoy long text. Your journey ends here. If you are one who likes to engage in debatable and subjective nature of topic. Please carry on reading.
Judiciary System

The judiciary is the system of courts which interprets and applies the law in the name of the sovereign or state. The judiciary also provides a mechanism for the resolutions of dispute. Under the doctrine of the separation of powers, the judiciary generally does not make law or enforce law, but rather interprets law and applies it to the facts of each case.
I have a question in mind. Do the judiciary act as a tool for the rich? Often a law suit comes with a heavy price tag which includes lawyer's administrations, Court Fees etc. I do not put aside the fact that the judiciary did help to punish & sentence offenders who may be a threat to the masses.
But what are the odds of an ordinary commoner and a super rich filing for a law suit. I do not have the exact stats but one thing for sure, the odds are far apart.

It depicts a law enforcer trying to bring a bank down. Because the bank(IBBC) are responsible for selling small arms weapons e.g. missile guidance system, to Third World Countries. In doing so, the chairman of the international bank collaborated with high class mafias to sign the deal.
The law enforcer tried so many times to apprehend and tried to bring the bank to court. But he never ever succeeds. It's a boring movie. But the message and hidden agendas in the movie are Real and shocking to know.
The message is you can never bring down a bank. Bank is a very powerful organization. They loan money for individuals to pay for their home or car. They loan to small medium enterprise(SMC) for business. They are a medium for criminal organizations to launder their black money. Government need them as Bank holds the key to what every is working for, which is money.
The threads of a bank are so widely spread that it's web is complex & once taken down, the consequences could be disastrous. This is why the law enforcer in the movie was not able to bring the bank to justice. Because everyone needs a bank. You need it, I need it.
Which bring us back to the question can the judiciary bring justice to the bad deeds of a bank? In the movie, government agencies and mafias alike were seen stopping the law enforcer gathering of evidences. There's no true justice. Just because the bank is powerful means we cannot do anything to it. At that point, I feel the world we are living in is evil
This is an open ended question that may have an answer to it. It may be right, it may be wrong. It may not even have an answer afterall. I will end here.
