SMRT won the best passenger experience award?!

Some of you may have heard it. It was a international event of the world's best metro service... for some who don't know what is metro, it is a subway rail system similar to out MRT so to speak...
The top 2 prestigous award goes to DENMARK and HONG KONG...Denmark won the BEST METRO AWARD in the world and Hong Kong won the BEST ASIA PACIFIC METRO SERVICE...

Phew wad a relief that SMRT didnt won the top most honorary award and their award is sort of like a Ms personality award in the Ms Universe if we were to compare. Bt how can they win the BEST passenger service award... Ok erm for cleaniness its passable coz they maintained it quite well..Bt the experience is horrifying and tormenting at times.

Imagine during peak hours, you got to squeeze with hundreds of people in one compartment of the train..ya tat is very soothing. Because you get the massage from other people pressing on you and after you alight, its like after an osim therapy, i tink old people love it and you can smell the body smell of many people.

Another part is waiting for the train to come...it gives you time for yogaing...the timespan waiting for the MRT has allowed me to find myself coz you will feel very spiritual while waiting . you will stand there and reflect on your life...>.<
and wad you are going to do in future. like lol... and because of tat they shouldn't win juz best passenger experience award, they should also win best spiritual experience award..LOL wait wait i tink i need to find myself again..hmmmmmmmmm.......anyway tis next train is full as well hmmmmmmmmm....

And taking the MRT can be an advenure. gt one time the Mrt aircon broke down, then ding dong: tis is the captain speaking, we are sorry that the train air-con has broken down...if you wan you can take the next train, if you don't TOO BAD!... lol
and the aircon is so hot that I lost 3kg, its like a sauna, BEST ar...

And i guess it all sums up the BEST PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AWARD...
