Jun Hui & I went to watch the long awaited "Emo" Mountain at Cathay Causeway. The time was 5.15pm when we were having our Ban Mian.. And the show starts at 5.40p.m. Tat means when we finish eating we have to rush to causewaypoint.
Returning the bowls to the collection point, we had only 15 mins to reach Causeway Point! -_-
So we walk as fast as we could...brisk walk I should say... Saw Tarmidzi along the way, say hi then bye...
Saw Barty on the way, shook hand and he wants to touch my waist...of course I wish I would let him ....NOT hahax...didn't chat much coz we were really rushing...sry barty..
Took the lift and left 5mins...Luckily the ticket queue was little...And finally phew we made it on time...relief..
The movie was spectacular in some ways and mundane in another...Spectacular during the battle when the formation and intelligence of the strategist are widely tapped on...
however, the some battle wasn't so epic like I wanted...its far stretch from lord of the ring should I compare with...
Mundane as in the conversation parts were a lil too stretchy...
Not to be a spoiler here but the ending was pure INJUSTICE...
At the end it reads "Red Cliff Battle" "TO BE CONTINUED!" like wtf its was the climax and u gimme tis "TBC" omg everyone in the cinema was HUH! U KIDDING ME?! haiz tats the disappointment I guess...
Anyway, I will give it 2.5/5 its a full marks for HALF a show if u noe wad i mean. Another half erm it shall be given on the second part of the movie...I hope tis is nt a trilogy like lord of the
rings...
and theres some scene whereby it simulates troy battle scene...-_-
Hope PArt 2 is nt a disappointment as well..
