Sunday Rainy Day...

So after Mr Teo Chee Hsean Visit, we went to have an early dinner ard 4 5 plus. Consider early for us coz usually dinner at 7 or 8 p.m. Went to Mongkok dim sum at geylang again. Coz its nice. haha.

Afterwhich, wanted to go eat Taiwan desserts also known as "Chua Peng" in taiwanese/hokkien. Tats means erm shattered ice. But it was abit weird to be eating shattered ice in such a freezing cold weather. Yes, I'm talking about the heavy rain tat began pouring in the late afternoon.

Thus, we headed to Chinatown to have Hot Dessert. Wokay, so we were waiting for the carpark lift. Note, there are no one at the entire level, no one. However, once the door open, there was one old man in blue shirt sitting on the chair.

I was stunned of course. In the lift, I began laughing hysterically. I tried to control bt still couldn't because its juz so funny.

Why we would they need someone to press the button of the lift. LOL! Furthermore, the lift is proportionally small for 4 to 5 ppl. haha, perhaps the management is heeding the employing senior citizen scheme.

Bt then again, I realize its kind of boring for them, to sit there the entire working hrs and only pressing buttons. Besides, the lift is lukewarm & stuffy. Even more unsuitable for the elder workers. Oh well. I salute them for working for wadeva reason tat is to work till tis age.

So we ate at the dessert stall @ ppl's park centre. Tis is NOT the one we ate. haha. its beside it.

Tis is the one. Its called "Tong Sui"
Big Menu.

Small Menu.
Green Bean Soup.
Sesame Paste with twin tang yuan.

The price is affordable with the competition next to it, in addition to the recent ERP gantry in Chinatown. Yeap go find it if you are in the vicinity.

Lastly, when we are on our way home, in the car. My father asked how to pronounce the word "Subordinate Court" coz its juz besides ppl's park. So I pronounce to him "Sub-oR-diNate Court"

He asked my sis again to confirm. And yea its the same. So I say, if you cant pronounce, you say Sub-COurt in short. And so he pronounced, it turns out to be S*** C**k. LOL. My Sis & I burst into laughter again. Sound so so so wrong.

Anyway, it was funny. Cool weather, nice music. Wad more can one ask for, once again on a "Sunday Rainy Day."
