Connected...

I went to watch Connected at e!hub on wednesday. Who am I going with? I went alone.*Everyone say EMO!!!* To be frank, I'm not emo. Coz almost everyone watch alr plus its Wednesday a holiday so at least got some time to spare plus the cinema is near my hse. And I waited for so many weeks to be able to catch this film so why not now than later. Agree?

I didnt regret watching tis benny chan film. Omg. It was so freaking good. I liked 3 scenes the most.

No.1 When Louis Koo's car smash right into the Pepsi Truck!! it caused thousands of Pepsi to be bursting and puncturing right out of the Cans! Tat was juz spectacular. Seeing a road flooded with Pepsi instead of rainwater.lol

No.2 When Louis Koo's hand phone ran out of batt and he had to maintain contact with the hostage "Da" S. So he went to the phone service centre. And the staff was so GL & XL asking stupid questions e.g wad country charger you wan, wan pattern or don one, the pattern wan light or no light. -_-

When the staff went to take the charger, he went to flirt with a female staff causing dire time to be lost. Koo lost his cool and he had to pull out a gun and fire a shot. Lol. Funny scene.

No.3 When Louis Koo thought he was safe in the hands of the police but end up the police turns out to be an accomplice with the kidnapper. Tat was so nerve wrecking.

Tis movie certainly suprasses its predecessor "Cellular" a Hollywood remake.
A huge reason for this lies in his charismatic star Louis Koo. Koo turns in a fine performance as the non-hero thrust into a situation that calls on every ounce of his courageous instincts.

With the foreknowledge that Koo chose to perform many of the stunts by himself, including jumping out of a car perched precipitously on the edge of a cliff, his portrayal of Bob indeed feels convincing.
Movie Rating: 4/5.
