The 5th and 6th level will be the Orchard open to the public, administration where the office are located.
The 7th & 8th level will be supermarket. It will guarantee full freshness than those imported from foreign suppliers.
The 9th level will be a musuem where the public will learn how eco farms work.
The basement will be a Bottling facility. Where the "sweat from plant" evaotranspiration will be collected and convert to drinking water.
And so these are the future technology that we should anticipate.
And by moving farms to the urban city, everything the population needs will be on the spot so to speak. It will reduce greenhouse gases as there no longer be any need to transport the food from the country to the city.
