The Taking Of Pelham 123

Based on a not very true story. lol. This movie originates from a book of a hijack in the subway of new york city. Denzel Washington has always been the RIGHT actor for all kinds of crisis movie. What I meant by crisis movie would be some bad guy do this and bla bla and then he wld save the day.

He has that expression and body language that makes you be with him. Feel his fear, his anxiety and his desperate attempt to negotiate with the hijacker.

Also not forgetting John Travolta. He will always be the RIGHT actor for bad guys.
Look at his photo. Juz by dubbing on a sunglasses and keeping some mustache, he pretty much fill the role of a baddie.

I like the way the movie goes. It escalates pace by pace. But the ending wasn't what I wanted. There was 4 hijacker including John Travolta. 1 died so the other ended up escaping. 2 were caught first and finally John. How I wish he escaped! wouldn't it be more thrilling.

Anyway, his a good guy that turn bad because of the society. As a wall street broker, he speculate with stock and gold. They didnt really show all the background of the cast. IF they show, it wld be better. If u've watch prison break, I think the way they put the episode together is very very intriguing which I felt pelham 123, lacks.

It's funny at some parts of the movie.

Travolta: Get me 10million dollars by 3.13. Give me a deadline. say it!
Denzel: Err I don't know man, look I'm nt the negotiator here, I'm juz the man at the end of the line.
Travolta: Say it! Give me a MF deadline!!!
Denzel: Alright~ Alright~ err Thursday
Travolta: No Bullshit! 3.13 p.m! you've gt 1 hour to get the money. When it's 3.13, I will start shooting! and in another minute, the next!

LOL. Thursday.

Here's another one,

Travolta: Walter *Denzel's movie name* how much do you think this 17 new yorkers are worth each?
Denzel: I don't know
Travolta: Do u have a calculator with you
Denzel: Yes I do.
Travolta: What's 10 million divide by 17?
Denzel: figures... *5hundred thousand smth and 1 cent*
Travolta: I want the the first 100,000 to be in 100 dollar bills.
Denzel: What about the 1 cent??
Travolta: You keep it Walter, its your BROKER FEE!

Haha.
