抢摊试吃大行动...

Yes, we are back! Rmb hanny & jun hui. Yes, finally an outing which after a very long time.
Today, we decided to try out of the the 抢摊 stall featured in the kym ng & quan yi feng stall.

You may think we are very free. As a matter of fact, till date, yes. It was raining heavily and we were supposed to meet 2p.m. at Paya Lebar MRT. Jun Hui was punctual & I appreciate that.
BUT! tat stupid hanny, called him and he says his at hme!!

The time to meet is 2p.m. and yet his at hme. omg!! reason:" its heavy rain leh, how to come."
wa there's smth call umbrella right. -_- Ok so jun hui & I talk awhile about our gpa and the ppl at the east side.

Afterwhich, went to mac to eat ice cream cone. Its delicious perhaps I'd nv eat it for a long long time. But its crazy to be eating on a cold rainy day. We talk abt why do we have to guess so much * topic nt to be revealed* like why cant they juz tell us and wan us to guess etc. Ok u wont understand.Having our ice cream, walked to NTUC to buy chips & nuts to stuff our hungry stomach while waiting for hanny.

Ard 3plus, hanny came & we took bus 76 to the 抢摊 western food stall. Its only 2 stop away from s'pore post centre.

Upon reaching there, no crowd I see, and I thght the stall was closed. The owner & owner's wife are like so "tao" as if they have been featured on tv means they are popular. And heres the stall (below) u see even the light is not properly lit. Giving ppl the impression of "closed."

Ok we try out the food before we judge them. Ordered a Pork Chop Cordon Bleu, Fish & Chips & Sirloin steak.

And Now, let the critics try out the food.
Presenting to you the other 2 critics, Jun Hui on the left & Hanny on the right. Jun Hui is famous for his highly sensitive taste buds. Hanny is famous for his straightforward and blunt criticism. And we come from so far, me(pasir ris), hanny(hougang) and jun hui(clementi) therefore we have high expectations.


No.1 Pork Chop Cordon Bleu $6
Well, the presentation is ok. Theres salad, fries, garlic bread & pork chop.
Inside the pork chop has cheese & ham. Well, If you eat layer by layer. The skin is crispy but if you eat it as a whole. I tink its CMI(cannot make it) The taste is doesnt taste like pork chop & the cheese taste expired and soury. Rating: Poor
No.2 Fish & Chips $5The Fish & Chips is ordinary. But I must say it taste better than the other 2 palate. Its the most "decent" of all 3. Tat doesnt mean its nice. Its just Fish & Chips. Expect nothing much. Rating: Average

No.3 Sirloin SteakLastly, its Sirloin Steak. Seriously, the portion is so tiny wheeny small. Then, the meat taste like bunch of unwanted beef being grind together to make tis patty! It doesnt have the beef taste and its so weird tat I can't describe what I'm eating. When you bite it, your brain cells will be running ard trying to find the familiar beef taste in the head BUT YOU CANT! because it does not taste like beef.

They say the food is "UNDESCRIBABLE"

Yucks! exclaimed hanny. What am I eating? Jun Hui: erm hanny, i tink its the one tat comes out from the rectum. Hanny: Shit? Jun Hui: Yes I tink so. Overall, we spent $18 on the 3 apathetic palate. No, they shouldnt even be called palate. It is total rubbish. Its so not worth it wasting our calories intake on it. Therefore, 抢摊失败！

Jared called and asked to play pool at parkway parade. So next stop parkway parade! In between, saw "HollyWood hawker centre." The Wonton mee is good! as told from my dad. Hence, we went to try it out.
Its so much better than the western food! And its cheap. Bt the sad thing is, its being shared by 3 ppl. We took turn and eat the wonton mee. And the china guy who serve drink kept walking ard us and smirking at us. In his mind, it must be: "这几个新加坡人， 真是的！穷到连面也要分着吃！哈哈！真可笑！ yes he must be laughing at us. LOL!

Oh ya and another thing, I must comment the skills of the wonton mee seller. The char siew is so "finely" cut that it is as thin as a piece of paper. Wow, Impressive! only a master cutter could do tat. Kudos to the seller.

Back to getting to parkway parade. even though I lived at the east bt I forgot how to go parkway parade. What a shame. We walked from geylang serai to s'pore post centre & took bus 135 to PP.

Went to play pool with jared at Pool Spot opp PP. Decided on Loser punch meaning loser pays the game.

Afterwhich, jared and jun hui went hme. Hanny & I went back to PP to have our dinner. But Banquet seems to ex.

Therefore, we went to the hawker centre. Was fooled by the fact that whenever ppl queue means its good food. So we queued at the mixed veggie rice stall. And my one cost $5! his is $3.50 bt only 2 dish while i gt 4.

Wokay, gt scam again. Juz now western and now tis.
And the stall is featured on mediacorp food show as well.
It gives ppl the feeling that once you made it on TV. The following time, you can cheat ppl by extorting them or giving them sucky food.

They are being complacent! This is not the way we deserve. NV mind, I will go hong lim park and protest.

Took bus 15 wif hanny back to Pasir Ris Interchange. Along the way, talk abt changing of new class. So sian. And hanny kept complaining that the gal she don likes is in his new class & all sorts of vulgarites is spur out.

Its understandable, I had my fair share as well. Juz hope the rest of the class mate is good. *cross fingers* And thght him some tips on something. Basically, he know nothing so I thght him something. ANd now he knows that thing which is the something I thght him. Go figure out. haha.

Reached pasir ris inter & walked to the bus stop to take bus 89. Theres tis crazy guy who kept laughing and talking to himself behind us. So I was saying to hanny. What if, he take a knife and stab me. And I die. I told him to go my hse, take that thing and pass it on to someone.

And we talked abt many things like conversation etc etc. The bus came and tmr is work day till sunday. SO perhaps no time to blog. I hope tis entry can last for 4 days. If anything, juz tag.
